Ordered online for click and collect at Woodgrove as it was close to work and I needed one item in a hurry.
Arrived to collect and was not greeted by any of the 3 staff members in store - even tough there was no other customers in the store at the time.
Eventually I was attended to by possibly the rudest person I've ever experienced.
I was given my 2 items - I politely asked if one could be gift wrapped (a Christmas gift) and said the other could just be popped into a bag as it was for myself.
The sales person then threw both items (still in their zip lock bags) into one bag along with 2 boxes and 2 stickers. I was then given another bag and told to go home and sort them out.
I left in disgust and got home (35 mins away) and realised one of the items is not only incorrect but also the wrong size!
I have since driven to another store to exchange the incorrect item.
