  Worst experience with the bank so far. The lady show me wrong queue to wait. Waste a lot of time queuing to be told to go to another line.

  Went in today to verify the identity documents for the refinancing of my home loan with westpac. I went in without calling before and didn't have time to make an appointment. But the lady named Rhonda helped me without any issues. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

  Amazing customer service from staff, appreciate Caitlin for her help to organize the bank account application for my son
  Very smooth process. This branch in Melton is really great help for Westpac customer.

  Had waited in this branch for more than an hour. Staffs not bothered about the customers waiting. no token system for waiting. Staff calls customers as per their wish even without any appointments
