  WORST hair salon I have ever stepped foot in and non attentive workers. I went for my appointment which I had a $50 voucher for also. I wasn’t seen or spoken to for 15 minutes. When the “hairdresser” PRUE came over I simply said “ if you’re going to be much longer I might just do half head of foils today instead of full head” thinking it was helpful and would be quicker she had attitude straight away and snapped at me “ you’ve only been waiting ten minutes!” She then began asking me questions about how I like my foils done and about my previous experiences which I told her everything and was specific in how I’d like my hair done which the whole time she was being quite negative. She wrote my up a quote which I mentioned to her that the prices were a lot higher than what’s on the website price list (seemed like they were trying to make up for that I had a voucher) when I mentioned this she asked to take me OUTSIDE which was extremely unprofessional where she then basically told me that she felt like she couldn’t perform as I was so specific and had a couple of bad experiences before. I told her I had driven over an hour to get to my appointment. She carried on telling me outside all her insecurities. I told her this and she was unprofessional and I took my deposit and left so I was there for 45 minutes for nothing! Waste of time!
  IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! Very unprofessional. Waited 45 minutes for nothing just to drive back home. Also rip offs! Had a $50 voucher to use and they were quoting me way higher than what was on their price lists
